Apie Oleną

Olena Kalashnykova (Ukraina / Lietuva) – akredituota Playback teatro trenerė, sertifikuota Playback Theatre Centre (Niujorkas), organizacijos NUKC „Prosperis“ (Lietuva) viceprezidentė, Ukrainos Playback teatro mokyklos bei Baltijos Playback teatro ir psichodramos mokyklos bendraįkūrėja.

Daugiau nei 15 metų ji dirba improvizacijos, taikomojo teatro, bendruomeninio dialogo ir menais grįsto mokymosi srityse.

Savo veikloje Olena daugiausia dėmesio skiria tikrų žmonių patirčių pavertimui prasmingu improvizuotu teatru. Ji padeda dalyviams ugdyti buvimą čia ir dabar, gilų klausymąsi, emocinį sąmoningumą, spontaniškumą ir autentišką ryšį su kitais.

Olena yra Playback teatro «Вахтери» dirigentė ir aktorė. Ji nuolat veda mokymus aktoriams, pedagogams, fasilitatoriams ir bendruomenių lyderiams, mokydama, kaip improvizaciją ir istorijų pasakojimą panaudoti kaip meninės kūrybos bei socialinio įsitraukimo įrankius.

Dirbtuvės: Ambivalence: When Opposites Are True at the Same Time

Human experience is rarely simple.
We can love and resent.
Want change and fear it.
Feel strong and vulnerable at the same moment.

This workshop explores Ambivalence, a Playback Theatre form designed to give stage space to contradictory emotions, needs, and truths that coexist within a person.

Through improvisation and real stories, participants will learn how to embody multiple perspectives without forcing resolution. Rather than choosing one side, we will investigate what becomes possible when opposite experiences are allowed to exist together.

Participants will explore:

• Recognising ambivalence in personal stories
• Working with contrasting emotions and perspectives
• Giving equal value to multiple truths
• Physical and emotional expression of inner conflict
• The Playback Theatre form Ambivalence

This workshop offers practical tools for improvisers and performers who wish to work with complexity, nuance, and the richness of real human experience.
